True to its name, this wine was produced zero-zero—nothing added, nothing taken away. And nature absolutely smiled on us this year: thanks to a very comfortable, stress-free ripening phase in 2025, the juice is already super stable and showing beautifully without any intervention.

We let the fruit do the talking here. A blend of 80% Silvaner and 20% Bacchus, this wine strikes the perfect balance between crisp refreshment and juicy flavor. The Silvaner brings a clean, vibrant texture, while a splash of Bacchus tosses in an extra pop of aromatic fruit to keep things fun.

It’s natural, it’s easy-drinking, and it doesn’t require a sommelier degree to enjoy. Twist the cap, pour a glass, and let the summer roll on.
