A truly unique expression born from the challenging 2024 vintage, our Rotling Royale is a testament to resilience and ingenuity. With just 100kg of precious Pinot Noir grapes salvaged after a spring frost, we chose to layer them atop a direct press of Pinot Blanc. This co-fermentation, carried out entirely within a single, elegant French barrique, allowed the delicate red fruit nuances to mingle seamlessly with the blanc’s vibrant character. The result is a wine of striking complexity: expect an initial burst of saline minerality and a hint of intriguing reduction, beautifully balanced by a crisp, captivating acidity that dances on the palate.
