Who says red wine can’t own the summer? Our 2025 Only Grapes Red is a light, vibrant cuvée built for the fridge, the park, and effortless drinking when the weather warms up.

Just like its white sibling, this is a zero-zero production. Because of 2025’s incredibly comfortable, stress-free ripening phase, the wine achieved fantastic natural stability early on, letting us bottle it pure and unmanipulated.

The blend is a unique twist: 75% Dornfelder & Acolon providing a juicy, bright red-fruit base, teamed up with 25% Bacchus. To keep things interesting, we gave the Bacchus a little skin contact. This clever touch tames its loud aromatic fruitiness just enough while weaving in a subtle, grippy layer of tannin that gives the wine a brilliant structure without losing its glou-glou freshness.
