Lactic nose (fruit dwarf) thanks to a malolactic fermentation. Soft mouthfeel with pleasant fruit. The small proportion of Chardonnay in the cuvee ensures a lively finish. Again, easy to drink.
The name came about because these were the first Chardonnay grapes from a young vineyard I planted in 2021. And probably we all like to hear the phrase.
