A Pinot Noir that resists easy definition. Grown on 40-year-old vines with minimal yields, this wine was made the way it wanted to be made — spontaneously fermented, matured in French oak, bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur. Stylistically it leans Burgundian: fine, pleasant tannins, genuine fruit, and a slight reductive intrigue that rewards patience in the glass. Produced with a natural winemaker’s conviction, yet too elegant to be filed away as a category. Some wines don’t need a box. Neither a label. This is one of them.
