NOT LABELED – Pinot Noir 2022

Pinot Noir from 2022 that lives between two worlds. Produced like a natural wine, stylistically Burgundian with pleasant tannins, fruit and a slight reduction. 40 year old vines, minimal yield, spontaneously fermented, matured in French oak and bottled unfiltered and without additional sulphur. 

The name was chosen since it is difficult to put the wine into a category and perhaps it is better to use fewer pigeonholes anyway.
