SHE IS RARE. HANDLE HER WITH CARE – DOMINA 2022

Very light (10.5% alcohol), animating summer red wine. Drink it cold. The fruit is pronounced due to an intracellular fermentation (maceration carbonique). Pleasant drinking flow. Blackcurrant juice spritzer for adults. 

“She is rare” because I had to give up the vineyard and this wine can no longer be produced in the same way. 2023 will be the last vintage. Just as any human being, she is certainly rare.
